If you know of a Bouvier
in a shelter
or in danger of being euthanized
or needing a new home.
Find out as much as you can about the dog. Who to contact about the dog and if it is in any immediate danger of being euthanized. If the dog is at a shelter or in the care of animal control, please attempt to determine the following.
The case number or cage number of the dog.
The proposed execution date.
The name of any caseworker or volunteer that should be contacted at the shelter.
The business hours of the shelter.
Contact a rescue coordinator immediately via a PHONE CALL. See the list of rescue coordinators at: Adoption Coordinators. If you cannot contact the most local coordinator, call the ABdFC National Rescue Chair. Please do not delay in making this most important call. A day can make the difference between life and death.
If the dog is in immediate danger of being euthanized, please consider being a foster parent to the dog for a short time. If that is not possible, contact any local all breed rescue groups. Ask a veterinarian for local contacts.
Fill out the form below and submit it. The information will be transmitted to rescue coordinators.
