Pennsylvania Puppy Lemon Law

If you bought your Bouvier in Pennsylvania, and the dog is not healthy, you are protected by the Puppy Lemon Law. This will allow you to get back from the breeder all your vet costs (in addition to the option of returning your dog for another, or getting the purchase price back).

But you MUST report your problem within two business days of your vet visit diagnosing the problem for this to be effective.
